For Children and Youth
Nursery
Childcare is available during Sunday School and the Sunday Morning Worship service for infants to three year olds.
Children’s Message
A brief, child-focused time during the Sunday Morning Worship service.
Junior Church
Children ages four years old through fifth grade are dismissed before the message for Bible stories, crafts and a snack. We meet in the Fellowship Room.
Lamplighters
An afterschool Bible program for kids second through fifth grades with Bible memory, crafts, songs, and Bible lessons. Lamplighters meet the first and third Wednesdays of the month from September through April 4:00 - 5:30 PM.
Confirmation
Seventh and eighth graders study basic Biblical doctrines of our church. They meet during the Sunday School hour with Pastor Luther.
Vacation Bible School
A week long summer morning Bible school for kindergarten through seventh grade. We learn Bible stories, sing, snacks, do crafts, hear about missionaries, play group games and have lots of fun!
Youth Group
Sixth through twelfth graders meet every Wednesday at 6:30 PM. Come for worship time, Bible study, games, prayer, food and fun! Youth Activity Night the first Friday night of the month from 6:00 – 9:00 PM.
For Adults
Care Groups
We gather weekly in small groups that meet varying spiritual needs through Bible study and prayer. We would love for you to join us in our quest to grow in our walk with God.
Sunday Morning Prayer
Come and pray for the Sunday Morning Worship service and our church family. September through June at 8:45 AM and July through August at 9:00 AM.
For the Whole Body
Sunday School
We meet 9:30 AM Sundays from September through June. Classes from nursery/preschool to adult meet to study God’s Word, the Bible. The children put on a Christmas and Spring musical. They also sing during the morning worship service the 2nd Sunday of each month.
Family Game Night
Bring a game and a pizza on the last Sunday night of the month at 5:00 PM. The whole family can enjoy playing board games, or, in good weather, outdoor games.
Music
Each Sunday morning worship service opens with praise and worship. We also enjoy a special musical selection from an individual or group as part of our service. Join us in hymns and songs of praise to our God, or maybe God has gifted you with musical talents that you would like to share with us.
Library
Looking for an inspirational movie, a good fiction, devotional, Bible study, or Christian living book to read? Come check out the selection in our library.
Women’s Ministry
Women’s Bible Study
If you are a woman that wants to study God’s Word with other women, join us on Wednesday night at 7:30 – 8:30 PM.
Ladies’ Night Out
A night of fun, food, fellowship, and spiritual encouragement which meets the third Tuesday night of most months at 7:00 – 8:30 PM.
Busy Doves
Do you enjoy crafts, quilting, and visiting with other women? Join us the last Saturday of the month at 9:00 AM. We also meet on the first and thrid Monday evenings from 6:00 - 8:30 PM. No skill necessary. The projects are provided. We sell our creations at our fall boutique held the first weekend in November.
Secret Sisters
We have the opportunity to draw another woman in the church that we pray for and share little love gifts with, especially at birthdays and Christmas. But remember, it’s a secret! We draw new names in March each year.
Scrapbooking
Every 4th Saturday from 10:00 until noon, those who are interested in scrapbooking and stamping can meet for a potluck breakfast and Bible study, followed by scrapbooking on your own or planned projects.
Kitchen Ministry
We set up common meals and clean up after. We serve at funerals and special events.
Men’s Ministry
Men’s Bible Study
If you are a man that wants to study God’s Word with other men, join us on Wednesday night at 7:30 – 8:30 PM.
Men’s Breakfast
Men, do you like a good breakfast? We have a couple of good cooks who make breakfast for men on the first Saturday morning of each month at 9:00 AM. Enjoy good food, great fellowship, time in God’s Word, and group prayer with other men.
Service Ministry
Work Days
The third Saturday of the month is set aside to work together on specific projects as well as maintenance of our facilities. Come, both men and women, and enjoy great fellowship as we work together keeping our church in good shape. Maintenance of the church grounds and building is guided by the trustees and is open for church body participation.
